New Management: Marion Inn was purchased and has been under new management since 2009. Since then, most mattresses have been updated. Our manager is Janet Jiang. We will present a new look and better service.

The Marion Inn is a lovely Victorian home beautifully decorated for comfort and relaxation. We pride ourselves on offering a lovely environment at an “affordable price”. We are located on a lovely tree lined street, within 1 block of two parks. We are also 2 blocks to the heart of “Coolidge Corner.”

Public Transportation: Steps away from Green C line subway at Summit Avenue Station. It is very convinient for people who work in the Longwood Medical area. A large percent of our rooms are occupied by doctors who work in the Longwood Medical area. 

Public bus 66 goes to Harvard Square , Cambridge in about 15 minutes.

Our rooms offer microwaves, small fridges, cable tv, dishes and linens to make your stay convenient. The house also has available for your use-a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, WIFI and a patio for summer use.  Parking - available for $15 per each 24 hour period. A permit from the town of Brookline will be purchased for 24 hour street parking in front of the house. We must have advance notice to get you a parking pass. We need your car model, car Make and plate number in order to apply for the permit.

Marion Inn Policies:

• We are a “non-smoking” environment
• Hairdryers and irons available
• Deposit is reqiured in order to book the rooms.
• Personal checks, cash ,money orders , Paypal, credit card
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave who are non-respectful of others in the Inn
• Shared baths are cleaned professionally twice a week.
• Port-a-crib available on premises

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival =  the amount of one night.  Cancellations or shortened stays 1 month, or shorter, prior to arrival = 50% of each night cancelled.  24 hour cancellation or shortened stay = first cancelled night is non refundable and the balance of nights at 50%.

MONTHLY
First month’s payment is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Additional months are due one month in advance and are non-refundable. 6 months or longer stay require  a lease.  Policy applies to shortened stays as well.

ONE NIGHT:Reservations are payable in full in advance and are not refundable

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Your rate is based on the number of guests on your confirmation. A limited number of occupants are allowed.
