We offer two kinds of housing options at the Marion Inn! • Nightly Rentals studios and apartments with private baths, and rooms with shared baths offered year-round for nightly rental. • Grad Pads Rooms 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 6 (see room photos). Grad Pads are the perfect setup for grad students, medical/academic researchers, visiting professors, etc. or anyone who needs a lont-term rental, typically from 3 - 12 months. All rooms are completely furnished and the rent includes ALL UTILITIES, including wifi and cable! Just bring your clothes and computer and you are set!
